Less expensive than other sites I visited. Items are very similar
It is very difficult to talk about the receipt of the flowers as I ordered them for someone in a distant city. All I know is that I received an email from the shipper telling me the flowers were delivered. I do not yet know the condition of the flowers or how the recipient feels about them. Asking for a review under these circumstances is premature.
Everything was fine until billing -- the $14.99 service fee was excessive and unexpected.
The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers she received and they did not look exactly like the ones I ordered. I was looking for an arrangement that had a few amount of roses with other flowers being more dominant, I think they were orange irises, but I didn't see any irises in her arrangement which was disappointing.
Quick and easy, delivery was prompt. I did not get to see the product as I was shipping far away, but the recipient was pleased and said they were beautiful.

You had me give you my email during checkout for 20% off but did not credit me. Maybe the credit was already there since the discount was already $10 on a $50 order. But then why did you ask me for my email for what I thought was an additional 20% off? This is awkward at best. Please correct. Otherwise your system was okay and I was happy with the service and delivery. The person who received said they were a beautiful flower arrangement.

The service was good but I actually purchased the flowers days before they were delivered and when they arrived they were half dead. I've ordered from here many times and it's usually always good but this time was a miss on quality
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
