I wanted a colorful bouquet for my Aunt's 80th Birthday and FromYouFlowers.com came through for me! My Aunt loved them! She told me they were beautiful and had every flower that she loved. The presentation was beautiful as well. Nice vase and pretty accent ribbons. Thank you very much for making my Aunt's smile a little brighter on her 80th!
The flowers weren't what I was ordering... I picked flowers according to pic on ur site and received something totally different... Plus cpl parts of flower already was wilted. I'm upset over this I paid way to much for flower arrangements I felt only worth bout $10...poor business practices

Ordered the night before and requested delivery before Noon, for an additional fee of course. My granddaughter did receive her birthday flowers delivered to her in class, her mom sent a picture of her
Holding her flowers and I was very disappointed at the size and appearance. The bouquet she received was not at all like the one pictured and I was also disappointed with the quality of the flowers. This is, of course just my opinion.
Love the flowers! A bit pricey but make great gifts and are convenient. Other than that, they were awesome and my Mom loved them!
I ordered the large size and the florist arrangement that was supposed to be the "best value". I just saw the product that was delivered and was severely disappointed. I could have gotten an arrangement at the grocery store for a quarter of the price.

Apparently my invoice has been increased. The delivery date could not be met I was offered a few more goodies for the inconvenience and the promise of the delivery today. I did not realize I was going to be charged extra because you missed your delivery date.
Other than that an overall the people I spoke with were nice.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
