Disappointed that I paid $3 plus $15 processing for same day delivery and didn't find out until 11pm that they weren't delivered. Was pushed aside saying your "system was busy" and had I not called I wouldn't have known!
Handling fee is a little steep and not mentioned until the last second.

The flowers were lovely as reported by the recipient. Unfortunately, even though I provided the correct address and phone number the product was delivered to the wrong address. The recipient did not receive her flowers until 2 days after the delivery date. Not happy that they were delivered to the wrong address.
So far everything seems in order. I will be interested to see how the flowers look when they arrive.

I purchased a bouquet for my mom that wilted within 1 day, there was a replacement bouquet arranged and that makes me happy. Overall, my experience has been great. I know things happen and the representative that I spoke too was very helpful.

I am on a fixed income, so the coupons helped a little! I also wanted to do something nice for the recipients of these arrangements and they received them after they were already gone for the day. They did get them the following day. I could have saved more money by not paying to have them there the same day!
