Quick, lots of options and ways to customize order. The only problem (MAJOR PROBLEM) is that the site sent me a delivery confirmation. I called my grandmother 30 minutes later and asked her is she received anything special. She had not. The company sent it the confirmation because the "floral shop had closed even though the drivers were still out". Ruined the surprise. However, she was happy to receive them and customer service quickly explained what happened.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
