I wish I could give it less than one star or no stars. I spent a morning carefully picking out the right vase and color combination of flowers for my aunts birthday who lives far from me. They sent the entirely wrong arrangement and when I called and complained they said they could not redeliver the right one and did nothing to help me at all. This business is an unorganized mess and they are rude and disrespectful. They also add the extra $15 to your order after you type in your card information so be careful not to just click place order at the top and make sure your order is okay first so you do not overdraw your bank account or anything. I will be putting this same review everywhere I can so that everyone is warned about this sham of a business so if you see it multiple places that is why not because I am a machine or anything. They are going to regret their unorganized and unmoral business practices.

I can not give accurate information to most of these questions as I'm in Baton Rouge, LA and the recipient is in Knoxville, TN. I was surprised that they were sent by UPS however, I thought that they were being delivered by a local Florist. However I did talk to a family member of the recipient and she told me that the flowers were lovely and that they were loved by the recipient.
The site is mostly very good but support for international buyers could be improved (for instance, no "Country" field for billing address.) For sympathy flowers it would be nice to have the ability to supply a sender's address in the card. But otherwise, I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
I paid for same day delivery and it didn't get there until after 5 pm the next day. A little disappointed about that.

Definitely easy to use. Wished that when you clicked on Deluxe or Premium there were actual, physical arrangements to see the difference. Other than that, great user experience.
Ordered a dish garden- got the deluxe one so that it would look as pictured. Received a plant in a basket that my 5 year old could've planted. They threw a few rocks in the bottom to hide all the dirt. Truly embarrassing and a total disappointment. Offered a discount- told them they could come get it, it wasn't even worth $5. Totally ruined my mother's birthday surprise gift.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
