I normally use another company to ship flowers but you popped up and I gave you a look. I like the floral arrangement, price, ane especially the fact you could deliver the same day, although it was late! Everything you advertise was spot on and my niece, who had just graduated from flight attendant school with a major carrier, was so happy and surprised by the flowers! Perfect!

First time using your service for flowers. Just a suggestion for the online order form that you add a notes/remarks section so the customer can add remarks regarding the order being placed if needed. The order was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but nice. The same day delivery was speedy as well. I will use your service again.

Easy way to order flowers
The delivery was made however the recipient was NOT home so they left them outside at the door and it was 42 degrees outside with 25 mile an hour winds...so several blooms didnt make it.

Very dissatisfied with the flowers delivered - did not deliver as per description - only thing that matched description were the orange roses.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
