We were so happy to be able to send my brother some flowers and chocolate after his knee surgery. He has been struggling with pain at level 10 and some heart reaction, too, so his spirits were down. We received a photo and text from his wife, showing the flowers.

Everything was great until I went to check out and saw a $14.99 Handling fee that was not mentioned prior to my order. A little sneaky throwing that in at the end.
The roses that were received were damaged, did not open and were wilting 3 days later even after following the care instructions to the letter.
