Though the arrangement was very pretty, it was not at all what I ordered. That is disappointing. That's my only complaint. The second arrangement was as ordered.
I experienced sticker shock at other sites when it came down to the final price. I can understand the $15 handling, but other sites with similar priced items jumped 100% when you got to checkout. The flowers were beautiful. I ordered the ones arranged at the florist's discretion and was very satisfied with my purchase.

I have pictures proving that what my wife received wasn't what I bought:
1. There are none orange flowers/roses anywhere! They are yellow.
2. The plants are almost dead!
3. The vase is red
I demand an explanation and a full refund. If you need the pictures, give me an e-mail address and I will send them right away as prove!

For starters, I asked for a Sunday, morning (before noon) delivery and at 12:45 I had to call and find out the arrangement would not be delivered until Monday morning. I was promised an upgraded order for the error. On Monday at 10:30 I received a call telling me the arrangement would not be delivered until 2-3 in the afternoon and they would refund me my $4.99 for morning delivery. Once the order was delivered it was defiantly not what I had ordered. I do not believe this is an upgrade. For $64.99 I should have received what I ordered or something better due to them stating I would receive an upgrade and not something I could have easily picked up for $20 at Wal-Mart and stuck in a basket and inserted a butterfly.
I order a lot of flowers and this is my go-to spot.
