Great product and customer service from fromyouflowers. However, the local florist screwed up. I paid extra for a weekend/same day delivery, and it was not delivered. I contacted customer service and they kept me updated, and got me a refund for the extra charges. Flowers were beautiful, and all turned out well, when delivered the next day.
I was guaranteed day-of-delivery and I paid $4.99 to ensure the flowers were received within 4 hours. However, the flowers were not delivered until the next day. Upon contacting customer service via email, I was given my day-of-delivery reimbursement ($2.99). When I inquired for my 4-hour guarantee, that fee was also refunded. The flowers were delivered 24 hours after it was to be originally delivered. They are beautiful and I'm glad with the refund I received.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
