Don't like the bait and switch technique used by advertising a price and then adding on service charge and vase charge. I would have been much happier paying what I paid knowing up front what the total cost was
I ordered flowers for my friend in South Dakota and they were lovely. I chose the florist choice arrangement and they were greatly appreciated by my friend. Price was great!
I have ordered many times from FYF and have been satisfied with customer service for the most part, I sent my order for a weekend delivery and it didnt say there would be a problem, even spent a bit more for the special delivery, Customer service was great in helping resolve the issue since it was the florist that couldnt deliver and even refunded the weekend charge, but the florist delivered a day late and didnt even send a bouquet similar to what I chose, it was supposed to be all purple incl roses and carnations and a purple vase, well it was purple flowers no roses or carnations and a clear vase, there was supposed to be an apology note sent stating the delivery was to be on their bday but no apology note either. I have been happy with the service up until the last 2 deliveries ive ordered, thought the first was a coincidense, I hope this isnt an ongoing thing otherwise i may have to take my business elsewhere esp since its the holidays coming up, and ide like my orders sent when they are supposed to get there and look somewhat similar to the pic i chose, Thanks for listening, have a great day

How did my total become $78? I'm waiting for answer! I thought prices was higher then should have been. For this price, delivery should have been included.

Only thing I don't like is the misleading items when it is shown as flowers in a custom vase for one price but after selecting the item, it shows that the custom vase adds an extra amount.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
