Looked at flowers on line, $79.00, $5.00 for a ribbon, $2.99 extra same day delivery total $86.99 not bad. Ordered the flowers by 11:00 and still had to pay extra, no real problem with that until I had to pay $14.99 (Service/Handling) fee.? Found that at the end of check out.
Suggestion: put it in the price or say that up front don't wait till I've jumped through all the hoops to order and then hit me with "Service / Handling" fees

These ratings are premature, since the flowers have yet to be delivered. I had issues with another company who failed tragically. Hoping this turns out better. So far, so good...
Follow up after my friend sent me the pic of the flowers received. I was disappointed in how the final product turned out. The flowers I chose were supposed to be a "Fall Floral Garden". The flowers she received with the lilac color bow & tulips are more reflective of "Spring"... it's lack of attention to detail. Plus, there was a section in the bouquet that was sparse, could have put a simple flower to fill that void.
