The arrangements are beautiful but when you up grade and you have a sale when delivered is not as grand as the picture. This is my 6th arrangement with the same problem. But do not like FTD.

Paid for deluxe package and expedite shipping. She didnt receive on day promised. I called and was promised a upgrade and a apology note with flowers but no note no upgrade so i called back and lady on phone calls florist then tells me i only ordered standard flowers. My bill shows deluxe. Was not happy. I am recently disabled loosing my foot so i couldnt take flowers to my wife on her birthday so i was counting on this service and it let me and my wife down.
I'll have honest reference to provide after the flowers are delivered and the recipient sends me a photo.

Edit-She got them but it was pretty late in the day. Also the man who delivered the flowers didn't have his photo ID on him to drop them off so he called me and was wondering what he should do. Not sure why he didn't have his ID on him but it stressed me out considering I ordered these out of state and had no way of getting them to the recipient myself.
