Would be nice to know about the $15+ service charge before the order is to be placed. Your prices are lower than competitors and that is why. Not that I have an issue with the overall pricing, just should have been presented before. If it was and I missed it, my apologies. That being said I am overall happy with the order and delivery time. Quality was also very good. Have already told others about the site.

My daughter sent me a picture when the flowers arrived at the hospital. I was very impressed with how fast they were delivered. From what I could tell by the photo, they were exactly what was depicted online. Very satisfied. Price was high but I guess it's that high everywhere. Crazy how three roses, a balloon and a teddy bear can add up to $67 (delivery and tax). I would definitely use them again though based on the accuracy and quick delivery time.

The only thing that I would have liked to know before placing my order was about the Processing/Handling fee of 14.99. I was thinking that I was getting a deal, but after that was added you are the same price as the other delivery places. Beautiful arrangement, but not really a better deal.

I contacted customer service regarding my displeasure with my order. I received a VERY prompt response which was very welcomed and they attempted to rectify the problem right away. I am very happy with their customer service and was impressed with their quick response time. They also offered very reasonable remedies. I am not thrilled with the original delivery, and I did not allow them to deliver another arrangement (I was unwilling to let the recipient know I was unhappy with it, and another delivery would have just been strange). I was then offered a coupon for another purchase and a small refund.

One of the few places that would deliver next day and offered large quantity boquets. Price was competitive, all things considered. Deliver as specified (my wife received her flowers just after 1pm).
