I ordered the flowers on 11/22/15 and was willing to pay the additional fees to get my mom the flowers right away. I received a call from your custom service department stating the flowers could not be delivered on as Sunday, and I was credited back my addition fees and even given a $15 credit which I really appreciated. That was my good experience, unfortunately things went down hill from there. I was told that by You customer service rep that the flowers would be delivered by 12 pm on Monday. Then I received a call on Monday stating my mother had been discharged from the hospital and were did I want the flowers deliverd. I had already gone over that information and given it to the rep I spoke with on Sunday. Now this rep assured me the flowers would be delivered by no later than 3 pm. Guess what, I had to call your company to see where my delivery was since it was a hour and a half late. This rep called the florist while I sat on hold and came back on the line to tell me it could be another hour, they could not say for sure. Now I realized you don't own these florist shops but you must have some type of contract with them. I feel like I was given the run around and the supposed upgrade was definitely not worth my hassle. That is why I gave you low ratings and won't be using your company again in the future. I work hard for my money and my time is worth slot to me and I just don't need the extra hassles in trying to send my sick mother flowers to make her feel better!
The order was delivered after the funeral service. Big fail, never again will I order from this company.

I ordered the flowers for same day delivery. Not only was it not delivered on the same day, but it did not get until 2 days later. Then all I got was an additional 20% off and a $20 gift card. Completely dissatisfied with the overall purchase and will likely never use this site again.

I didn't get to see the actual flowers since they were delivered in Tennessee and I'm in California, but my cousin said my aunt called immediately to rave about them. This was a 95th birthday gift for my aunt, delivered a day early because she is quite the social butterfly and has plans to have lunch out on her big day!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
