I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral which was held in the morning. I paid extra for a guaranteed delivery before 12 noon. The arrangement did not arrive on time and there was no acknowledgement card delivered with it. I knew it was mine only from the general description. Disappointing service.

Very good price on the flowers. Promotional for $19.99. There's a service fee of $15 that's going to be added afterward. That should be let known from the beginning. The flowers picked were very pretty. However the delivery was something else. The bouquet was left with the neighbor since my party was not home with nothing but a note at the door. At the very least leave a voicemail.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
