The item I ordered had 2 candles and was a much lighter color. This one tends to remind me of a funeral arrangement. In addition the flowers were not delivered, I had to pick them up.

They called and advised they could not deliver on the date requested and wanted to deliver a day early. If not, it would be delivered at a later date and I'd get a 15% credit. Not ideal but I agreed to the day early. Luckily the recipient was there.

Quick simple and easy!
I actually ordered 2 orders, both going to the same location, for different people. I got one notification that the flowers for person A were delivered on the same day I ordered (I paid extra for same day). The second person's flowers I received an email that night that they were not able to be delivered, as they were " unable to locate a florist able to complete the delivery today."
I'm unsure why you could find a florist for one but not the other. If it's due to not having a cornucopia basket, they could've delivered one like the other/asked me. The idea was to give them comparable flowers, yet different slightly, and that both receive at the same time.
I tried to call the #, but received a recording that flowers couldn't currently be tracked and there was no option to speak with a human so I had to email.
My second set were supposedly delivered to the intended recipient. Hopefully she was at work today (being day before T-Day, who knows? That's why I wanted them delivered on Tuesday).

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
