This order was extremely important to our family since we have a love one fighting for their life and we are not able to be there. The order was delivered to the wrong address which was on the other side of town. The lady who received the order called our family since she got the card that was intended for them. To make matters worse, this lady was not nice.
I understand that the florist is usually a third party, but if this is the kind of florist you allow to represent your company, it will only hurt your business.

Fruit was not exactly as expected. There was a pkg of rasberries in container that looked like it was just put in from grocery store- had driscoll pkg. Not like picture I saw with more fresh fruit-- still nice though according to recipient. Display not as pretty.
It was a gift to out of town relative who seemed delighted. I gave discretion on flower arrangement ti the local florist.

I ordered the flowers to be delivered Tues but didn't get delivered intill Wed. I even paid extra to have them delivered same day. But overall experience in the past and now is good.

Quick service & proceed well
The flowers arrived on time and the arrangement was just as described on the website. The long flower fronds at the lower end looked a little droopy but then the piece was squashed in with many other arrangements around the casket so perhaps that was the problem. Thank you for making it easy for us to purchase funeral flowers.

All good except I didn't appreciate being hit with the high "service/handling" fee at the very last minute. This is excessive and seemed sneaky.
Some directions regarding discounts were a little misleading. Delivery charges should be listed in a subtotal line. I found product satisfactory but was surprised at small, medium or large choices
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
