End product didn't look as good as the photo
I ordered around 9pm on a Friday for delivery the next day Saturday to my friend who is in the hospital. I emailed to track my order since I did not receive any updates on my delivery. They responded within the hour and the next hour delivered my order to my friend who was in total shock. It made her day and im glad that the order was as beautiful as it looked online. I recommend using this service! Also I am in NY and my friend was in TX so it was a long distance order!

Did not look as good as the photo
I paid for premium flowers and I understand the arrangement may not be exactly like the picture but I do not expect it to be slack. The person I sent the flowers to sent me a picture along with a thank you text for being thoughtful but I am very disappointed in the arrangement she received based on what I ordered. I will not be using this service again even though it came highly recommended from another friend of ours.
I wanted it delivered tomorrow which is the date I selected online and was confirmed. However, it was delivered two days early. I was extremely disappointed in this. It was a surprise birthday gift and was intended to arrive on her birthday.
