I have not seen the flowers, but the recipients said they were nice.
Although taken care by local florists, shipping and handling of $14 was too much!
It was easy and very quick.
My only problem was with delivery. I addressed the flowers to Mr. And Mrs. The came to Mr. My daughter did not know which parents sent the flowers because it came to their son.
Over all for the shot time frame for delivery. The order came in the day I needed it. They were a beautiful arrangement.
I would order again when the time comes.

My only complaint, it wasn't as full as I would have liked it, considering I paid a little more than $100.00 for it.
I have used this company 3 times and cancelled 2x my last order was the completely incorrect arrangement and was horrible. It looked so tacky. They offered me 5 bucks back. I laughed. I will never use them again

The flowers looked great. They were late. Payed for by noon. Had to ruin the surprise cus by 2 they were not there and person had to wait till 230 to get them and they were off at 215. Also had to call twice to get them there

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
