Very Easy, nice selection in price point I had to spend.
The order, itself, was quick and easy. However, I paid extra to insure that the flowers were delivered within 4 hours of the order being placed, and they weren't. Also, the flowers that were delivered look like the smallest arrangement available, and I paid for the middle level. I realize that the disclaimer says the florist may substitute similar flowers due to availability, but the arrangement my husband's grandmother received hardly resembles the picture AT ALL. Fortunately, she didn't know what it SHOULD have looked like, and she was thrilled with what she received. In the grand scheme of things, that is all that matters. She had to have emergency surgery accompanied with a three day hospital stay, and we aren't close enough to visit. So, the flowers that she received have brightened her day and her room. For what it is worth, I didn't register any complaints with the company. As I said, she received flowers that brightened her day and spirits, so that is what matters. I will, however, keep this in mind should I need to order flowers short notice again.
Overall good experience. I chose a same-day bouquet late at night and was received before noon of the next day. ONLY thing i wasn't happy about was the message I had written: They didn't print it right on the card, but on a rectangular piece of printer paper which they cut out and pasted (or taped) on the card. The piece of paper was sticking out beyond the size of the card. I wish they had made it fit into a square the size of the card.
I paid for early delivery and they were delivered later. Then we're left outside.:0(
Asked for Sunday delivery but it was delivered Saturday evening- I should have been told no Sunday delivery
I do not like that no dimensions are given for the flowers. I had to call to inquire. The product could be 3 inches tall for all I would have known.
Both arrangements were to arrive on Friday but only one did. The other was delivered on Saturday. No biggie - not the end of the world but not as stated.

Your site and PayPal don't match up. When I chose PayPal, Paypal asked for my delivery address. I put where I wanted the flowers delivered. When I got back to your site, that info had been entered into the billing not the delivery information. So I had to enter the delivery information into your website as well as delete the information you had obtained from PayPal in the billing info section.
Great selection. I had a 20% off coupon that the site said that I would have at the end of my purchase. And it never appeared.
Overall, great nice product.
