Ordered this for a friend and it was delivered on time and she was quite happy with it.
I ordered the Your Personal Paradise arrangement for the funeral of a dear friend. I paid extra for delivery before 12noon and the arrangement never arrived. After the service I called about the status and was ultimately told the driver was bombarded with deliveries and could be there in 30 min, but that wouldn't do because everyone was already leaving. I asked to have the flowers delivered to the location where we were heading for the re-pass. After waiting a considerable amount of time for the flowers to arrive there, I called again and was told they could not deliver to that location. It was very stressful at this time of grieving, and the injury was compounded by the lack of communication. In the end, the flowers were delivered the following day at the family's home. I don't think the fault rested so much with FYF as it did with the local florist handling my order. I have to give credit to the FYF rep. She was VERY helpful and apologetic and reimbursed me the express delivery fee, 20% of my order, and sent me a 20% gift certificate of my next order. Unfortunately, I'm not so sure there will be a next order though.

Shopping here was quick and easy. The floral selections were splendid. I would recommend them to everyone. The flowers were delivered exactly as guaranteed and in a very professional manner.
The arrangement received look nothing like the picture that I wanted to order. There were 5 sunflowers and a couple of white carnations. It did not look at all like an upgraded arrangement that I paid ten extra dollars for. I could have bought the stems at a grocery store and stuck them in a vase and it would have looked prettier!
I'm a cheap-skate that doesn't like to spend money for anything, therefore... everything is overly priced.
However, my wife says that they were perfect. Therefore, it make it worth the price.

My daughter is a freshman away at college in Pennsylvania (about 10 hours from home in Illinois), and although she and her boyfriend back home agreed to stay together when she went off to school back in August, he broke up with her (via text!) when she returned to school after Thanksgiving break. She was, of course, heartbroken, and so was I! Very early in the morning, I ordered flowers to be delivered to her at school that same day. I realized later that morning that the mailroom at her school closes before the guaranteed delivery time (before 6p), so I called fromyouflowers.com Customer Service, and the representative called the local florist for me to make sure delivery would be made prior to the time the campus mailroom closed. I waited on hold just a few minutes, and the representative reported back that my order had already been delivered (before 12n Central time), and the mailroom was contacting my daughter to pick up the delivery. She sent me a picture of the flowers she received, and the arrangement was very similar to the photo on the website from which I placed my order. Overall, this was a very positive experience during a very negative life situation. I would definitely use fromyouflowers.com again AND recommend them to my friends! Thank you!

I ordered flowers from FDE, and when I found out that I was paying $104 for a $45 order I tried to cancel. I called the company numerous times to get hung up on, or told they would call me back. To pay $60 in delivery and service/sales charges is outrageous.
FDE's customer service is lacking, with no response. I would never use this service again. FTD is much less expensive and better service, at least you can contact them with issues.

Didn't look all that much like you pictured it online. Different style vase, and arrangement looked very ordinary
Well I was shocked to see the $14.99 handling fee. No where was that mentioned prior to the checkout screen. It certainly put a dent into my $7.00 discount!
Quick,easy to order, good website was my original opinion.
I was pleased my order was delivered in a timely manner.
But when I saw a photo from the recipient of my order I was EXTREMELY disappointed to see the vase shown with the order was not the vase sent with the order. The order was a sympathy arrangement and the vase was an essential part of the order - a white ceramic vase with a silver cross. What was sent in no way resembled the advertised arrangement. I am very disappointed and will not place another order.

They resolved the delivery issue thank you and however the 14.99 fee should be shown before finish entering all the delivery and payment information.
I have ordered flower arrangements previous and have been very pleased with the results!
I was a little disappointed in the arrangement: the roses were a little lavender in the middle and bright pink on the outside petals. Her favorite color was lavender - the description stated 'lavender roses' I would have liked it to look more lavender than pink. The roses were also a little wilty and the other flowers were a touch wilty - did not look as fresh as the other arrangements.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
