Pais $102 for a floor basket and it was extremely small! If I would have put it on the floor it definitely would have got stepped on. Very disappointed in the florist. From you flower reps where extremely kind and helpful though just they should know that the florist they are using here locally in Redding, CA are ripping people off!

The actual item delivered looked much smaller than pictured and fewer roses. It is misleading to purchase something that looked so beautiful and then get something that looks like it was put together by someone with no floral experience. I understand that sometimes substitutions need to be made however, it should still be as beautiful and full as what is pictured.
