Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother in Arizona, for her birthday. She called to let me know she loved them! Since no one was home at the time of delivery, the company made arrangements to leave the flowers with a neighbor, and left a note on my mother's garage explaining. Everything went perfectly! Would recommend.
The shopping was very easy. I hope the arrangements are as nice as they look
Everything was good. Accept the delivery. I payed $4 for the delivery before 12pm and my order was deliverd around 5pm. I waist my money for the fee for nothing. Also my gift went to the receiver without some of the stuff that I bought with the flowers. But overall everything was good.

I hope someone reads this because I ordered the Christmas "plant". It was just an arrangement of evergreens and not something my sick 84 year old mother living across the United States could keep alive.
I was selecting from the web page on the heading plants. What went wrong? My mother is old school German and does not care to receive things from me that cost what she knows they do and yet will die.
Your up front pricing is deceiving I don't like that adding a $14.99 handling fee at the last minute - Surprise! NOT Be honest and upfront when you show an item - I don't like your tactics

I had paid the extra $4.99 for early delivery before noon but the bouquet wasn't received until 3:45pm! Very disappointed with the service and will not order from your website again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
