My order was to arrive before 10:30am and was over an hour late. The flowers were roses, which were wilted and curling up already around the edges. The recipient said that they looked like they were very old and hoped I didn't pay a lot of money for them. Not the desired effect I was looking for. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the flowers and doubt very seriously that I will use your service again.

Please include a box for special instructions from the buyer for things such as color of ribbon, request to change flower color if you're purchasing for a male/female, etc. That would make a world of a difference.

I ordered tulips and there were roses in the order and my friend was allergic to them. Also, the price changed when I opened the free shipping link. I purchased the bouquet anyway because I was impressed with the tulip arrangement but she didn't get all tulips like I ordered.
