The arrangements are beautiful, but I think it's misleading to have a price that does not reflect the photo accompanying it. For that reason only, I am hesitant to shop here or recommend this place again.

I didn't like the way it shows one price (the lower one) and then when you place order it JUMPS to original price or HIGHER PRICE and doesn't let you edit...very annoying and this DISCOUNT seems to be a FAKE, because it gets added back in with all the "OTHER FEES" so it's deceiving...
I was expecting the flowers to be delivered already arrange like the picture and delivered by a florist. My order was delivered in a box, left at the front door, not arranged by a UPS delivery driver? Really?
So, unsatisfied! I was impressed by the simple ordering process, and the price I was satisfied. But, after that, it went down hill. The product did not look like the picture, because it was delivered in a BOX!
I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE, nor will I reorder.

Now that it's delivery day, the order did not come at the time I was guaranteed and paid for. That was a total disappointment! Overall the tree was very pretty! Just wish they would have delivered it when I was promised, that would be the only reason why I did not give 5 stars all the way around!

The flowers I ordered were delivered a day late. I paid for same day delivery & I order before the cut off time. So, today I get two calls from the florist. The first call was at 9:43am to ask me was the delivery going to the courthouse. The second call was at 2:34pm almost five hours later to tell the recipient that he had just delivered the flowers, but he left them down stairs at the reception desk because he was double parked and there weren't any parking spaces. I'm like what the h€\\? Who hired this delivery guy? Who is this florist? I really like your products. This is my third time ordering from your company, but if you use florist/delivery services like this I won't continue to use your company. I guess you get what you pay for and I did get free shipping, but it's the principle of the thing.

I ordered the balloon bouquet and a box of candy for my cousin. The order was placed for Same Day Delivery and it arrived to her in a fashionably manner. She sent me an e-mail thanking me for such a beautiful gift. These were her exact words: "I know I'll love the candy and the balloons are very festive and cheered me up."
