FromYouFlowers.com did an EXCELLENT job with communication, the product itself and overall service. The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. I had called customer service to confirm that it had been delivered and they were super friendly and confirmed within 5 minutes! The price was on the higher end, but it is true that you get what you pay for and I am VERY satisfied overall.:-)

Very disappointing. I ordered the Get Well Bee bouquet, and instead of the bee, my friend received a stupid teddy bear stuck in some flowers. I ordered five assorted balloons, and there were four yellow balloons. Basically, I could have just said, "send whatever" because that is what happened.
I will not use this website again, it is not reliable and you do not get what you order.

Initial delivery was sub standard half dead plant. A Thanksgiving leftover? Delivered ten days early to myt elderly mother. Thank you for sending a replacement on the correct day and a superior standard to the original one.

I can't really comment on the flowers themselves as I sent them to someone else in another State and I haven't seen them. But the buying and delivery process seemed to work well. If there's any problems with the flowers (once I talk to the recipient), I will let you know.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
