Easy steps to buy
I was pleased that the order look just as it was advertised. I specifically picked the bouquet for the Happy Face mug and had been worried there would be a substitute but it was perfect. The report was that the patient had the biggest smile anyone had witnessed in the last two weeks.
The flowers ordered were suppose to come in a pink vase, the came in a clear vase. Otherwise, my daughter loved her flowers! (She didn't know there was an error in the order). Customer service resolved the issue promptly.
The roses looked old, and they did not look like the picture. Two dozen long stems should have looked much better. Very disappointed that the last gift I could give mother!

The flowers that were received were not even close to what I ordered. I was very pleased with flowers I ordered the week prior, however this arrangement was very disappointing. I was not even contacted about the flowers not being in stock and a florist choice was sent instead. The flowers looked very cheap and not attractive.

There was an obvious communication failure I expected the delivery to be delivered in the early a.m. to surprise my wife- the actual delivery came 10 minutes before her work shift was finished.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
