I can't comment on the actual product since it was delivered to a friend and I haven't seen it myself. I love the fact that the flowers were delivered on a timely matter & entire process was quick and easy. It would be nice to receive a photo of the final product (flower arrangement) to confirm it's what you expected but I know it would be difficult to incorporate that additional step.
I placed an premium order of birthday roses with chocolates, balloons, and stuffed teddy bear which was the most important keepsake item. It was overlooked and not delivered with the roses. Not happy...
