The bouquet was tipped over, so water gushed out all over my friend, her table & floor.
Her bouquet was smashed, flattened on over half of it & two flowers were snapped.
I'm a bit disgusted & I want a new delivery of this bouquet or my money back. Ticked off, when all I wanted to do was make someone smile on their birthday.

It doesn't appear that arrangement was delivered during time frame I wanted after paying extra "expedited fee" and the individual sent me a picture of arrangement and it appears that even though I purchased the "larger" size, it's not as full as picture on your website. Not as full/thick and fewer yellow roses than what was pictured. I'm a little disappointed that I could see many areas of the green filler rather than more flowers/roses.

I didn't like finding out about the $15.00 service charge until the very end of the process when it's time to pay. I would have appreciated being informed about this up front.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
