Looked nothing like the Picture. My 6 year old could have tied a better bow! Zero effort! I was told buds were put in to bloom! The vase looked under filled with flowers. Did not look like $50! Could only imagine if I didn't pick the premium! Probably would have come with 1 flower! And then I was sent a $10 credit! As if I would ever order again! Embarrassing!

Balloon was not correct balloon requested... Teddy Bear was old looking yellow instead of dark brown selected on website. Not happy customer right now.

Could have been a better plant (poinsettias) for the money
I never received any discount and it just wasn't easy. Plus as I was trying to shop for Christmas in the mall the delivery person was calling me numerous times for directions. They ended up having to call my in laws as I have never been to visit in this new state yet. Ruining the surprise of the whole thing. It just sucked!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
