Product was nice but for the price I thought it would have been much larger I would have called this item a small to medium sized item
Flowers were great. I paid for a 4 hour delivery service which was approximately 1 1/2 hrs late. I feel cheated paying for that rush delivery service.

I was attracted by the ease of ordering and supposed same day delivery, however the gift was not delivered until 2 days after the promised delivery date. I emailed customer service three times, and the matter was finally resolved after I called them on the phone. They did give me a free upgrade.
Paid extra for delivery within four hours.
That didn't occur.
I was refunded but would have used a local florist had known that they weren't garunteed to be there.
The flowers were lovely and were on time!
