I was attracted by the ease of ordering and supposed same day delivery, however the gift was not delivered until 2 days after the promised delivery date. I emailed customer service three times, and the matter was finally resolved after I called them on the phone. They did give me a free upgrade.
Paid extra for delivery within four hours.
That didn't occur.
I was refunded but would have used a local florist had known that they weren't garunteed to be there.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
