The recipient was very pleased with everything contained in the gift.
Very nice, but the shipping and handling charges should be made more clear upfront. They're not stated until checkout, although the shipping address (area code) is required information from the beginning. Everything is Ok; but, it just makes you seem a bit disingenuous or sneaky. I don't believe this is your marketing goal, nor your intention to fudge the true cost (even if approximate) of the proposed transaction by withholding such information until checkout. Therefore, you might want to amend the procedure to lend more credence to your business. Give an estimate once you know the area code, with the natural caveat, it would make you sound more respectable and trustworthy. Anyway, good luck in your business; and, I hope the flowers are nice.
It was a last minute decision to purchase the wreath for our uncle. It was quick and easy to find the one that we wanted to purchase and have it delivered the next day for the services.
Reliable
There were 3 sizes of arrangements available. I chose the middle arrangement and I thought it would be much bigger than it actually was. I was embarrassed when I saw it. In future advertising, please make the photo on your website match what is actually being delivered. I would have purchased the next larger size if I had only known.

Placing the order was easy. So long as the product received is as expected it will be great. Dec 14th Update my recipient was very pleased with the wreath that was delivered. This was a gift to a parent at distance from us so we were pleased it was so well received.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
