The price was good... the delivery not too sure. They were delivered to the shipping department at the facility that the recipient works. A totally different building than where her office is. The recipient had to get to shipping and receiving by 4 pm because that's when they were closing. But my email notification said they were delivered at 11:22 am, thinking they were delivered to her. Had I known they weren't going to be delivered to HER and she was going to have to retrieve them at the shipping department I would not have ordered in this manner. Half the fun of receiving flowers on your birthday at work is the element of surprise (in a nice manner) not "come pick up your package, we are about to close"!
So far so good, will wait to see the delivered product.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
