The delivered product was no where similar to the order placed on-line. The flowers were very old and falling apart. It looked as though someone had purchased the "throw-out leftovers" from either a florist or Wal-Mart and attempted to pass the product off as fresh. I was absolutely appalled when I saw them. I guess the business did not expect me to see the product that I purchased for delivery. The first question from customer service was that I was not the recipient so how could I know what was delivered. I stated that I lived in close proximity to the recipient and was able to drive to location to see my purchase.
One bright note was my money was reimbursed in full. I had placed a second order (at the same time of the first order) to be delivered in 3 days and promptly cancelled that order and received a full refund as well.

Overall:
Delivery: on time
Plant: not at all what should have been delivered for their "Premium or Deluxe" (I forget the word) version. It was small, illy trimmed and basically what I could have gotten at a discount store for $7.99 rather than the $65.++ that was charged. I was completely dissatisfied.
On the plus side after I complained the full purchase price was refunded and someone sent to pick up the plant. Overall rating-0. I will not buy from "From You Flowers" again nor will I recommend them.

We have ordered from you once before and we were very happy.
BUT this one was very disappointing. When it arrived it was very pretty but within 6 hrs. One of the orchid stems wilted and had to be removed from the arrangement. It was a hostess gift. And it was watered upon arrival as instructed. I would say this was an old flower and you need to talk to the local florist.
Also, we did not receive the same vase which was very unique. Ours was in a small dark square vase.
