The ordering process was very easy and the arrangement was lovely but I paid extra for a delivery before noon and they did not arrive until well after 1pm. Could not reach anyone by phone which was also disappointing.

Just a little feedback on this order. The site was a little misleading with respect to Florist Arranged, but after the flowers were delivered I figured out the deal, it was not eligible for same day/florist and was mail order, that just was not clear to me during the order after was directed away from same day process. I have used 1-800 flowers in past so this is not that big of a deal, just seemed a little bait and switch from Florist Arranges Vs via Mail.

I think the photo (sent under spate cover to WeCare...) shows may have been shorted a few roses and less greenery for a Premium upgrade. My wife was happy and she says the flowers are really fresh, overall a good experience, not sure a great one. Just thought I would share some feedback.

I paid extra for delivery the following day by 11 AM and the flowers did not show up until after 3PM. The flower company said I would be credited with the additional delivery fee but have not seen the credit on my credit card yet. They also issued me an additional $10.00 off the next order. They were busy with all the deliveries due to the Christmas holiday season. Overall I am very satisfied with the flowers that were delivered.

This sight seemed to be much easier to see the selection of options in order to know what I was actually ordering and did not charge ridiculous and reasonable additional prices like most of the other online ordering systems. I was trying to buy something nice for my wife for her first day on a new job and wanted to maintain a budget under $75. On other sites, I started out with a very discounted item at about $27. After adding a few small accessories (a card, small box of chocolates, $20, and a candy cane) and then proccesing the order it came out to $120. I was surprised after finding that there were unexplained charges upon confirming orders online with other sites, such as Handling fees, sales charges and even and additional discount code. The amounts listed in the order were not adding up correctly. These sites showed large discounts but were not actually calculated into the order. I went over them several times with a calculator and they were off substantially. I tried calling the local forist shop but was not able to speak to anyone personally. The savings offered was never really counted into the order and concerned me so then I found fromyouflowers.com and the price fit the budget much better. There were no additional or hidden charges and after processing the order I came out under budget. Life is good and hopefully she will love the Christmas arrangement.
