The order was delivered a day late. I paid for 4 hr delivery-that was refunded and it was delivered the next day about 2:30pm. I didn't get a delivery notice until late last night. I got an email from the recipient thanking me for the flowers. The flowers were pretty just later than I would have liked

I called Customer Service 4 hours after the order was placed to check on the status of delivery. The CS rep could not reach the local florist and told me that he was going to ask the local florist to call me with an update. Nothing.
I emailed CS repeatedly from 5 hour to 6 hours after the order was placed. I received canned responses. I asked to be contacted with the local florist. No can do. Finally after 6+ hours the delivery was made.
Never again use your services. Recommend no one else does either.
I have been very pleased with their service the flowers I have sent I have gotten loads of compliments on and they sent pictures and they were beautiful like the pictures. I already ordered from them the day after.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
