I ordered two set of flowers to two different locations and the flowers were received dead.

My mother celebrated her 90th birthday on the 27th of September. She was delighted with the gorgeous floral boquet!
The flowers were delivered to an address the wasn't the recipient's address. Instead of Chestnut Ave. The flowers were delivered to Chestnut Rd. This seems to happen often and the people get in touch with each other and eventually stuff gets to the right place. However it would be good if things got to the right place to start with.
Birthday Arrangement didn't look exactly as it looked. The recipient said only one Lilly was open. The second one opened 5 days later. The third one still hasn't opened.
They were gift and appreciated I have not seen them so I am hoping they are what they were said to be

I sent the flowers, i didn't receive them. Person who received them was happy with flower arrangement.
The flowers were not delivered until 7pm - to a doctor office - the order was left out side since everyone had gone home for the day. She did not get the order until Tuesday. Luckily they were not stolen from the sidewalk.

Update: I sent birthday flowers this time. They were delivered on time and were nicely arranged.
Original comments: The shopping experience is fairly easy. I would very much like to see an option for comments or special instructions/notes to the florist. That would be helpful to both the consumer and the vendor for substitutions, preferences, etc.
I also wish customers could upload photos of what they received.
*I had a bad experience in the past with the order NOT being available THE DAY OF DELIVERY. That was a disaster. Customer service rep was apologetic and tried to help but nothing he could do.
I was promised delivery on an alternate date (Not possible- Funeral arrangement) or credit to use towards future purchase but never saw it in my account.
I am going to give this site one more try. Hope it goes better this time.
