You need to not have deliveries from Waynesboro Florist, this happened last year as well. I should not have to go through this e every time I order through your company.

I thought I was getting the Oh Christmas tree arrangement. My sister sent me the picture because I live in Catonsville, Maryland and had it delivered to my mom. My mom liked the arrangement, but when I saw the picture it did not look like the tree I ordered on-line and had red and white carnations and a couple white roses. I was suppose to have red roses and mostly greens that was shown in the picture. I'm very disappointed that I didn't get what I ordered.
Don't make service and handling so much just include it with your flower cost and raise that up. Its silly to break it all down as such I can order a pizza for $3 fee but $15 to deliver?
