Quick and easy - I love how the website shows you the three levels of pricing and what the flowers will look like. These flowers were delivered to my cousin out of state and she said they are lovely and loves the arrangement.
Shopping experience is fine
I ordered flowers that came with sunflowers in the vase as well as the other flowers being that is my mothers favorite flower and it was her birthday, there were no sunflowers. Some other yellow flowers were used as a substitution.
Ordering was easy but delivery got a bit mixed up Order did not arrive by time stated In fact part of order did not come until next day When I contacted them though they were quick to respond
The flowers received were different than those pictured on your website. Looks like a different arrangement and I ordered a premium. Disappointed with the overall bouquet.

Did not see anything on a delivery fee until the final order was placed and that was an unpleasant surprise...
It is good, but the last time I didn't get the chocolates that I ordered.
At this time, they sent what was needed but delivered before the 4:30 p.m. requested time. Luckily, my mother was able to get the door.
I will not know if this will be good or not. If the flowers last a few days and are delivered in perfect condition I will be quite pleased.

I'm afraid to say that I was a little upset with this company because my daughter indicated that she had not received the sympathy flowers I sent. Turns out they were sitting on her doorstep all along. Customer service were very gracious despite my false accusations of poor performance. I felt so bad, but would totally use them again ( not sure they would want to put up with me again though)
Love your website and prices however the product I ordered was no where near what was delivered
So far, so good. Lets see about the quality and how long they live. If I get them on Tuesday for holiday on Friday, I would expect them to still be blooming on Friday.
Received at 1430 Tuesday, beautiful, perhaps a little smaller bouquet than expected, but very nice. Let's see how long they last. I thought the chocolates were a little small, but I don't buy Ghirardelli chocolates very often, so have nothing to base opinion on.
If these flowers are still blooming on Friday (25th) I will be a happy camper.
