Flowers were not delivered even though they said they were. When they did arrive they were nothing like the picture online. Best they would do is a 30% refund. They should have had the florist do it over again and give me what I ordered. It was for my 92 year old mother for christmas. It wasnt about the money. I will never use them again

I ordered these flowers as gift for a neighbor that had just gotten out of the hospital.
I needed a quick nice present delivered before someone left on vacation. It was quick, nice, and all done.
Embarrassed, florist delivered different flowers the first time, which she really liked, then delivered the Second set and took back the first ones xelivered. In no way did the second set look in any way similar to what I ordered, delivery individual was not even courteous. Made me look like a fool. So displeased win the florist delivery. Should have just let the wrong order stand.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
