I will never order again from you flowers. I had a credit so ordered the Peppermint Twist arrangement. What I got was nothing like I ordered. It did not even have flowers in it like it was supposed to. I got pine cones, holly berries, Christmas balls in a very Christmasy vase. I also got 3 peppermint sticks. Pretty easy to get around site and place order
The process was very easy and friendly. I found what I wanted and that item was delivered on time as requested. The recipients were extremely pleased. I am waiting, however, to see the centerpiece for myself. The amount I paid was the deluxe (max) selection. When the recipients sent me a photo of the piece it wasn't as striking as the photo on the web site - in terms of building out the base filler. It appeared more like the single candle pieces but it did have two candles. I will see it Christmas day and I will be able to finalize my opinion of quality and pricing.

Ordered floral arrangement for friends and family at christmas. Was given delivery dates. Called by them on the day of the delivery that they were out of the items and unable to deliver. They might be able to after christmas. After losing my temper, I cancelled the deliveries and will never do business with this incompetent company ever again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
