Was a little disappointed. Only 5 roses in arrangement. Babies breath,silver bulbs,and red ribbon with evergreen branches made up rest of bouquet. Thought the price was high for number of flowers. Was a nice arrangement otherwise.

Easy ordering and reliable delivery
I ordered an arrangement at regular size and was not pleased with it. It was way too small. The other arrangement was medium size and was perfect.

I did not see the $14.99 handling fee until right at the end which is not fair. I did not think there was an additional charge. Overall the wife is happy and loves the sleigh. I got the deluxe order and thought there would be more than 3 roses but she is happy so I am satisfied.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
