Fairly easy to order
The flowers were delivered a day earlier than requested and the arrangement was not as pictured. Not only were plants substituted but the arrangement wasn't very professional looking.
I paid extra for a before Noon delivery. That did not happen. I should be refunded the extra fee I paid
I have not seen the flowers as I had them delivered to my parents, who live in a 55+ facility, and they were crying when they called to thank us. They said "they are so beautiful".
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
