I was very satisfied with the abundance of arrangements I had to choose from. The flowers arrived on the delivery date I selected and the recipients were delighted with their gifts.
My wife and i were extremely happy with the unique Christmas arrangement of flowers as were her coworkers. My only complaint is with the way the billing was handled during the online ordering process. A fee of $14.99 for special handling was applied then when i balked at that it was taken away. Never should have been applied in the first place. Would have saved me time and aggravation.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
