I just thought that it was very interesting that I ordered 3 identical centerpieces, yet and maybe because they were delivered to 3 different places, none were identical, each was a unique and different than what I expected. They went to Springboro, Ohio; Loveland, Ohio; Huntington, W. Va.

If only you could sort by price.
I had to place my order four times since the system would not save it and I had to wait to get an address. I had to switch from office computer to phone access. Thought that by setting up an account first would save it but it did not. I then remotely accessed my office to find it gone there too. I also ended up paying more for some reason when I had to reload the website. Very frustrating.

Chose same day shipping, only to learn they would not ship it out the same day, but the next day instead. Expedited fees were refunded however and my floral arrangement was bumped up to the next size up.
Looked lovely on site. Friend who received floral birthday cake called to thank me and used the word beautiful for this item. Arrived around noon allowing him to enjoy it almost all day of his actual birthday.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
