This is my third time using your website to order flowers for a special occasion and I was very disappointed that the driver delivered the flowers to the wrong house and didn't confirm the address he/she was dropping them off at. Thank god the recipient who received them, was kind enough to call my daughter and let her know that she had her delivery of flowers and instructions on where they would be if she was not at home, it was Christmas Eve Day. My Daughter had to take time now to go hunting around the city to find the street and house where the flowers were delivered. Not happy at all of this mishap!
