I had an awful experience with this company who lacks morale and dependability. I had ordered flowers in the morning for a same-day candlelight vigil of someone who had passed away. Paid for expedited shipping and was expecting the flowers within 3 hours. This process was not so easy. I talked with the company 5 times throughout the day and it was problem after problem. Instead of saying they could not follow through with the order, they promised again and again they would pull through and the flowers would be delivered in time for the evening vigil. Into the vigil they still were not there and I called the company and spoke to a manager. The manager stated that he could see on the account regarding the multiple commitments on their end to deliver the flowers and he was sorry. He stated he would refund the purchase and the flowers would still be delivered the following day to the family members home. They were never delivered. Like said at the beginning, this company lacks morale, communication, and dependability.
Flower arrangement was noticeably smaller than the item pictured on website. I paid for the premium upgrade and didn't think it was worth the extra money.
