I can't tell you enough how pleased I was with the flowers! My girlfriend's Mom passed away in Illinois and I wanted to send her flowers but I was extremely hesitant because I got burned doing this before. We are so close that I would have felt terrible if the flowers weren't nice. Today I got a text from her. She was so pleased with them. She even took a picture of the arrangement so that I could see it! It far exceeded my expectations. The flowers were beautiful...they looked very fresh...and they were very tastefully arranged. I couldn't be more happy than I am!

I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. Although they sent me a confirmation of delivery, the flowers were never sent. I called 4 times requesting an explanation, but no one ever got back to me. I finally got a refund, but they wouldn't tell me which florist did not deliver. So embarrassed that my gift was not sent. Will never use them again.

I have ordered from you before and this bouquet for my mother's 75th birthday was half the size that I usually get from you. I was disappointed and did call customer service. He explained that during the holidays the local florists are allowed to substitute or change flowers because they are running out of flowers.
I will keep that in mind and order from somewhere else around holidays.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
