Bad experience. Flowers were just awful. I was totally upset that I paid over 45.00 for such awful looking flowers. Not anything like picture and the water in vase was murky and the bow looked like a 5 yr old tied it. They gave me 30 percent refund which was ok but not site's fault just winter haven Florida florist was just awful. Don't know how they stay in business. Will never order flowers from Florida in winter haven again...awful don't do this.

I was in a panic when I found out my daughter wouldn't be at work on her birthday! I had balloons and candy ordered to be delivered there. Even though it was the night before, I called customer service and the nice lady gladly changed the delivery location to my daughter's home. THANK YOU! Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
