I am very disappointed in this service and will probably not order from them again. I had flowers delivered to my daughter- it was her 20th birthday, her husband is a Marine and deployed, she is 7 and a half months pregnant and alone 3000 miles away from home. I ordered the upgraded florist choice birthday arrangement. OMG they delivered the flowers a day late (after her birthday) and the arrangement looked like a LEFTOVER Christmas arrangement! Red carnations and white roses. Not a Birthday arrangement at all! My daughter ended up redoing the whole arrangement as it looked terrible! I was very embarrassed. Not a satisfied customer.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
